Gesturing with prisoner release.

IsraelNN reported : The Supreme Court ruled Sunday against a petition by the Land of Israel Legal Forum to block Monday's release of almost 230 security prisoners to the Palestinian Authority (PA)….
Regarding the claim that the government did not have authority to make such a decision, the court ruled that the release and other government decisions would be judged by the public in the upcoming elections.

Even if the public judges against, its too late to put them back in the cooler.
By the time the elections are over these 230 released criminals may have perpetrated further acts of murder, Heaven forbid. How can the court allow this? The elections are being held because of the lack of faith in the present government. How dare they just carry on with their blundering mismanagement!

How can the Supreme Court support such stupid activities, with such weak arguments? Perhaps they are called the Supreme Court for their supreme bias towards the PA.

Chutzpa used to be a description of a cheeky, mischievous action. When chutzpa is stretched to become stupidly arrogant and detrimental to other, it enters the realm of something outrageous.
